Volunteers bring the "heart"...

of the Sioux City Ronald McDonald House to the special families that find their "home away from home" here at our House.

Responsibilities of an RMH Volunteer:

• Receive family registration information
• Complete check-in procedures with families
• Assist families staying at our House
• Complete check-out procedures with families
• Prepare rooms for families
• Assist with light housekeeping and outdoor clean-up
• Accept and record donations brought to the House
• Write thank you notes
• Special event assistance

Please be aware that volunteering at the House can be challenging at times, but also very rewarding. You will personally aid families who are facing crisis situations.
